Virtually all K-1s are processed in California (cases transferred to Vermont generally have issues with waivers or criminal records).

 

A majority May I-129F filers with timelines here have approved petitions at this point (ours was a few weeks ago), but there are still quite a few timelines without a NOA2 date. Most of those are probably either people who got an RFE or people who created a timeline and haven't updated it, but there are still a few people out there here on VJ who filed and May and haven't received an approval or an RFE yet.

 

Although the May filers thread is less active now that most of us have been approved, it's here:
