HI,

I am in Adjustment of status and I used an attorney for the filing.

I received NOAs for I-130-I-131-I485 , but a rejection notice for my I-765, due to:

1. Missing paid fee (but USCIS already cashed my 1.225,00$ check)

2. Missing pages in the form (my attorney did not submit pages 2 and 3)

My attorney is not replying my calls and emails and I would like to proceed with the resubmission of the I-765 without his help to not waste more time. My questions are:

1- Can I submitted without his help? All my remaining forms indicate him as perparer.

2- What exactly do I need to submit with the filled I-765?

Thank you

This is why we here on VJ say that attorneys are usually useless in situations because of issues like this.     Resubmit the I-765 ASAP and you will not need to pay the fee because you already submitted the AOS

Thanks, they actually gave me the right category (c09).

My lawyer told me he sent the missing page , but after 14 days my status online for this case is still rejected. I don't have any choice than waiting I guess, even if I honestly don't trust a lot my lawyer at this time
