Can anyone help? My wife is a Filipina and we we're married in The Philippines. She has passed her visa to come to the United States this past Monday. She was told to call a number to verify  her adrees so they can mail her passport back to her. However when calling the number it is for payment options for the visa. I have paid this already, so I am confused. HAs anyone had this problem or can shed more light on this . Thanks

It isn't an phone number that is to be called it is a website to register the delivery address, but needs to be done no later 24 hrs after the interview.   If your want home delivery and your address has not changed, that is where the visa package will be delivered.

DO MAKE SURE YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS IS CORRECT
You have only 24 hrs after your interview to update this information!

To update your delivery preference follow this link:
