Can I write on bottom/top of all supporting documents (passport, visa, birth certificate,  I-94 etc) a title of what’s shown or should I leave blank with document only and simply have everything by order of the cover letter?

on each one of mine on the top I wrote the case number, they will be able to figure out what each page is but writing the case # would help if it got lost

I don’t have A number or case number.. can I leave it like I did or submit without a title and just write my name?

this must be initial petition? or do you have NVC case # yet?

if you are submitting for the first time I will put a cover sheet on top and let it out that way, no need to write on each page what it is, just add a cover sheet listing all the things your sending in.

Yes it's initial petition.

Can I submit a photocopy of the marriage certificate or does it need to be the certified copy?
