Hello everyone

after about 21 months in AP the embassy contacted me for sending renewed medical, police certificate and passport and resubmit the ds-260 then asked me to schedule an interview to retake oath (fingerprints) and told me I am approved and to wait for the passport with visa within two weeks .... 3 weeks passed so far and nothing yet

is there anyone here who went through the same experience ? Is it usual to take a lot of time after that with a bazillion update on the website

also those of you who know about the (mailed/available to mailed or available) thing ... I know it happens when AP is over and it happened to me but the wierd thing is it changed back again to mailed/available .... is this normal?

Yeah and I know at least two that have been there more than me

No, just the same AP message “your case is going necessary .....etc”

Are you aware of the “emailed/available” vs the “emailed or available” thing?

did they ask your husband to schedule a second interview?

the whole process

and yes,  all had to do new medical,  new police reports and new interview

for 10 we had to do documents and proofs within (30 or 45 days depending on embassy)

1 we had to do appeal like i had to do

i have not done one in about 15 months now but the 11 are all here

How long does AP usually take? My husband had his interview end of August and we haven’t heard anything back. They didn’t even tell him about the AP. After the interview they told him to fill out this word document that said supplemental questions...

It depends, can take few weeks to two years or more
