SON FILLING FOR WIFE FORMS

My son filed I 30 and I 30A  only for his wife coming from Nigeria . I am wondering if that is the only forms required to bring his wife here,?  it has been 8 months now. Please any advice will help him to  migrate his wife here soonest. Is that the only required forms to bring a spouse to USA after marriage? . what he do now  They have been married since September  , 2017.

I strongly recommend that your son read the guide on this website thoroughly. He really needs to understand the whole process so as to avoid any mistakes or omissions. 

 

If she is from Nigeria, he has a difficult road ahead and the more prepared he is, the better his chance of success.

Yes those are the forms you file he is correct. I pray he sent good quality evidence of a bonafide marriage. This is Lagos no dey easy o.

 

8 months is normal processing. Has he checked his case status on USCIS.gov and registered his receipt# so he can get text and emails. So he doesn't miss any updates or notices?
