How accurate are VJ averages??

The VJ timeline feature has a rough 'estimate' of when an application will be adjudicated.

I'm just wondering how accurate they are. Mine is showing between April 11, 2019 and April 16, 2019*.  but this would be only 6 months after we filed.

Of course, this would be fantastic - but seems unlikely. Can anyone speak from experience how accurate this is?

Thanks!

those are just an average for the K1 for your service center, it could take longer or it could be shorter this all depends on background check and so forth.

the total time for K1 start to finish is somewhere between 8-11 months.

Theyre reasonably accurate, but based on information and timelines submitted by other VJ users.

We were approved sooner (by a couple of weeks) than the estimated timelines suggested might happen. Others, filing at the same time or much sooner, are still waiting.
