I am trying to get affidavit that is mentioned in i-751:

"Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by at least two people who have known both of you since your conditional residence was granted and have personal knowledge of your marriage and relationship."

Me and my wife don't have many friends as she moved from her hometown to another city with me after I got CR1 visa, I am wondering if it is ok to get affidavit from my family members in India. Although none of my family member have ever been to USA, but they know about our relationship.

Same is case with my wife's family members. They live in different cities and have not met us since I got CR1 visa.

Basically my main question is- the person writing this affidavit has to physically meet us after my CR1 visa?

I can't believe time went by so fast.. now we are already in ROC stage.. I am filling within 20 days. When its comes to affidavit it always good idea to get from your wife family. I got her from dad and her best friend.
