Applicant interview timetable

Recommended Posts

Hello,

My wife (the applicant ) and I (American petitioner) have finished submitting, and seemingly successfully, our documents to the NVC. Now, we are simply waiting to be notified of the date of the interview, which will take place at the American embassy in Managua, Nicaragua.

Could somebody please give me an estimation of how long it will take for them to schedule the interview?

FYI, it has been two weeks since we have submitted the documents.

Thanks

normally after you fill out the ds160 (or ds260) and pay the fee you will be able to schedule it yourself according to what is available

Here's more info on the Nicaragua's visa process with consulate information. You can always email the embassy and have them email you the packet 4 information as some of the info on this site may be outdated.

Good luck!!
