Hello,

Is there a person from this group who has recently been interviewed at the embassy of Argentina?

Do they request for an military certificate?

We have an K1 Visa instructions that we found in the embassy web page and they ask for military certificate for all male applicant born prior to 1977. My fiancé was not selected for this mandatory military service. Does he need that certificate anyways?

What year was your fiance born?

He was born in 1976 but he was not selected.

Oh , my mistake! You are absolutely right! We were born after that so we didn't even put that in our checklist. I'm so sorry for that incorrect answer.

Yes, and they will send you an email wit your scheduled interview date and time.

Hey guys! I'm having my interview on Wednesday and I have a big doubt: Do I need to take my ORIGINAL birth certificate with me to the interview? I've already submitted a certified copy with the P3
