Hello to all, I have a question and I would need your help.

Me and my family lived outside of US for past 5 years. Me and my daughter US citizens, my wife is a green card holder. Under circumstances we must return to US. Her card is still valid but she was outside of US for 4 years. I checked SB-1 option, but i see only few success stories...

Question: what options do we have for her to return as soon as possible? We have some conditions and my daughter cant be without her mother for 6 month.

Thank You in advance for any help

She has not returned to the US period within the last 4 years? Not for a day? If so, while the GC may still be "valid", her actual residency may have been deemed abandoned and already lost it. That's a long time to be away when the whole point of being a GC holder is to live in the US.

I can't say for sure and have no real knowledge on the options so I'll leave that to the experts in this area.
