Hello All,

Im trying to see if anyone has gone through something similar .

I received my EAD exactly two weeks ago.

However today I got about 6 text messages from my case tracker notifying me about a recent change to my I-765 application. Online system is showing

‘on Nov 1st, 2018 , the post office returned a notice we sent you for your Form I-765 because they could not deliver it.’

Prior to that , the system showed “my card was delivered to me”

I called USCIS and they told me to disregard it. My lawyer said it might be the approval notice but I already have my EAD in my hands.

Im really hoping it’s not my appointment notice, although my AOS receipt # is different.

Thoughts?

What are you adjusting status from? Your timeline says I-130 and you posted in the IR/CR-1 forum. Is it a tourist visa/work/F-1 visa? Want to post this in the right place.
