Is there any way to verify and check that my photo for the dv lottery is according to the specifications?

Thanks Loren, I  tried out the link but unfortunately the button "Next : upload selected photo" is not activated and the photo does not seem to be uploaded. only "Back : Cancel" button is activated. Could you please help me to figure it the reason.

Does successful submission of the application and getting the confirmation number guarantee that the photo you have uploaded with your application is valid and according to the specifications ?

No. It confirms it meets technical specifications but the photo tool can’t for example determine things like if the background color is correct.
