What to put in 62.a and 62.b

I was hoping to get some help what to put on 62a and 62b. I don't understand what it wants from me. 

I am a US citizen living in Albania right now where I have also found my fiance. I am doing the K1 application now. 

 

I want to send the application to US so we can go there and get married there. I read somewhere that if i send the papers here at the embassy in albania that the process is different or something. 

I am just not sure about  62.a and 62.b and to what address i am actually sending this application.

I would start by reading the guides on here, K1 applications do go to the US.

I have read the guide and I do not understand what to put there. We will send the application to the USCIS, so that's what makes USCIS as the location where we are applying. There is a ambassy here in Albania but would that be considered the location were we are applying? We are not applying there though

USCIS does not have an office in Albania and anyway not relevant if they did.

So that is why I am having difficulty on what to put in 62.a and 62.b. So if i am sending the application in unites states what do i put there?

You mail the I-129F packet to the Texas lockbox. It will then be processed by CSC under current routing rules.

After that is approved (~6-8 months from now?), it will be sent to NVC and get a case number. Then it is sent to the embassy.

Then the precise steps vary, but you'll need to fill out a DS-160, do a medical, get police certificates, etc., and schedule the embassy interview.

Immigrant visas to the United States are processed for citizens and residents of Albania at the U.S. Embassy in Tirana.

Edit: K-1 is non-immigrant but handled by the immigrant visa unit, and the above statement applies to it.

I will put US Embassy in Tirana as the location, thank you for the help.

Yes.

The medical is only valid for 6 months and sometimes requires the NVC case number (obtained after I-129F approval).

The Police Certificates can be obtained sooner since they are typically valid for 1 year, but again I would wait until I-129F approval just in case the process takes longer than expected. Sometimes these take some time to get (varies by countries you need them from), so don't put them off too long either.
