Why is center opened to only process i130 as main processing. so much behind and working slow? 9.5 - 12.5 months

Compare to Nebraska Service Center still processing many cases. only 7-9 months to process i-130

The uscis stage is the hardest. When I was on my I-130 process Potomac was the fastest. They are so unpredictable and nobody can’t really figure out how they work because sometimes they approve petitions sent months after yours. Just keep patient. There’s absolutely nothing you can do. You’ll see that as soon as you get an approval and then case number from NVC things will be under control and moving faster. Good luck 👍🏼🍀
