Submitting Docs to NVC without PCC

Hello,

I am just wondering, Is it ok to Submit IV docs without PCC because we have not receive a PCC yet. It takes a month to receive.

Is it ok to submit docs without PCC and upload later on CEAC website as soon as it arrives?

Does anyone have go through this situations before?

Appreciate your time and input.

In my opinion, I do not think it would be a good idea to upload documents without the PCC. Just get the PCC and upload all required paperwork, together. Getting a checklist/RFE could end up taking longer than 1 month.

During the time my wife got her PCC done in India, the entire process took 8 days (1 day appointment to receive PCC at Passport office, ~7 days to ship it from India via DHL.)

I would wait until I had all the required documents......otherwise, you take a risk of a long delay.

So did you have to send Original to NVC , not the copy?
