Have anyone k1 petitions been transferred to local field office. We received our noa1 in nov. 2 2017, but still havent received noa2 or rfe or anything until here recently, We received an email stating that our case was tranferred to local field office. Do anyone know how long will it take for someone to contact us for interview? Its going on one year still no noa2...have anyone had their case transferred?

generally if you have not gotten NOA2, and nothing online to say you were approved only that it was transferred to local field office, that is in the USA.

you might want to contact USCIS and speak to a tier 2 representative to find out what is going on.

I'd recommend that you start to take control and schedule and InfoPass with USCIS. USCIS provides a free service called InfoPass that allows customers to schedule an appointment with USCIS through the internet. Whenever possible, customers or their representatives who reside in the United States (domestically) should use InfoPass to schedule appointments if they would like to discuss their cases in person at their local USCIS field office. Customers and their representatives may also use InfoPass to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Customers residing overseas should review the International Immigration Offices overview page to determine which office has jurisdiction over their country of residence and information on scheduling appointments.
