Hello Fellow VJs,

I received my NOA2 on Sept 24th and my NVC case number and Invoice by calling NVC yesterday and I'm now filling out the DS-160 form to book my interviews. I have a few questions if anyone can help:

1) What should I enter in the field "Application Receipt/Petition Number"?

I've seen some people say you should enter the USCIS Petition number and some people say NVC case number. The help section says the following which supports the former:

Help: Application Receipt/Petition Number
Your application receipt/petition number was given to you by the Department of Homeland Security’s United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) after you filed your petition application at a USCIS Service Center. The application receipt/petition number is 13 characters long and the first three characters are letters.

Can someone kindly confirm what needs to be entered here?

2) The DS-160 form is asking me to enter my past education details "Have you attended any educational institutions at a secondary level or above?"

Currently I have entered my graduation and post graduation details, do I also need to enter my 10th and 12th education details and even before 10th?

Also, it asks for "Date of attendence from" and "Date of attendence to", I don't remember the exact dates so is it fine to enter estimated dates?

3) My case status is currently "AT NVC" is it fine to fill this form out and book the interview? What is the process one should follow?

Thank you all for your help in advance :) Really appreciate and all the best to all the people going through this process!!

Best,

Deepak

1)USCIS receipt number starting with"WAC"

2)aged above15,using the estimated date but you know the year and month, right?

3)It depends on which country you're going to have the interview, we can fill out DS160 (Don't need to submit ), we have the DS160 ID number to book the interview but we can't book a medical exam until we get the epackage 3 with the consulate number

Oh. After we have the DS160 then we should pay the visa fee prior to book the interview bcu we'll need the bank receipt number, DS160 ID number and USCIS receipt number to create the profile
