us citizen mom petitionjng for two sons under 21 unmarried and in aos part 5 quesiton 4-5 it asks if you have dependent children enter the number and number 5 says if you have other dependent enter number here. i have a nephew who's parents are dead and he depends on me, i haven't adopted him yet but i've been taking care of him for a long time, so i am now his primary support. i want to adopt him but i'm wondering if i should include him on it or not.

and look at it this way,  some have tried to bring other children in (to help family) and abused the system
