F3 Petition - Pakistan

3 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

My mother applied for my sisters (in Pakistan) in 2015. All we have received in -797C Confirming that our Case paperwork was received. Case went to California Service Center

  1. I Checked recently California Service Center is processing 2010 Cases. Should i receive any furthur correspondence from USCIS regarding case other than 797C?
  2. How can i add myself (Son) to the petition so i can communicate on her behalf?
  3. If Something happens to my mother, would i be able to continue my sisters case?

Please let me know if you have any knowledge on above questions. I will really appreciate that

Well nothing to happen until the Visa Bulletin is current, if you are a USC you can petition siblings, well currently.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”
