Pls if you can let him post it fast through either DHL or Federal Express mail for you because when it comes to this affidavit , the embassy want it to be original for presentation .

The question of wet or not when it comes to the signature for the I-134 has been discussed here on VJ for years. Some say wet some say dry. No one to my satisfaction (I may have missed it in my search) has quoted where that is a requirement. If someone has more info, I'd like to be updated. Thanks.

Op. You might want to consider sending it DHL or FedEx as an original to be on the safe side. Let's see if this changes when someone can show a link to the official statement of what is consider ok.

As long as it is signed, you can print the scanned copy. Here is the link and a quote from the Dept. of State website to support this:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/interview/interview-prepare/required-documents.html

"- A signed
Affidavit of Support from your petitioner and any additional financial sponsors who submitted a Form I-864 on behalf of your visa application. Applicants may bring photocopies and scanned versions of signed Forms I-864 and associated documents. (Please note that the form must still be signed; typed names and electronic signatures will not be accepted."

(This can be found under the "Prepare for the Interview" section.)
