Hi today was my interview for cr1 they gave in the end of interview this paper am little lost here 

bz they asked to upload I-864 and we already uploaded it and I bought it with me 

I need to know this is approval or not yet ??

you have to upload it again.. once they review they will issue visa if no further documents are required.

Any idea how long is taking after submitting the missing documents?

it took a week for me. but as your case is pivot i think it would be 2,3 days.

The letter itself indicates that if your documents are complete, you will receive your immigrant visa within 5 working days.

 

What is missing is evidence of the joint sponsor's status as a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident.
