Hi everyone,  Finally I decided to join Visa Journey! I been reading a lot of issues and stories and I also want to share my experienced and status of my case. I am under EB3 VISA and approved I601 waiver . Below are my timeline:

 

Jan 23,2018- 1st Interview Refused 

Feb 14,2018- Administrative Processing

April 30,2018 - Got a call from US Embassy Manila for 2nd Interview

May 03, 2018 - 2nd Interview at US Embassy Manila

 

Since then my status at CEAC was still AP.  I'm just wondering if you guys experience similar like mine.

I will appreciate any comments.

What is the inadmissibility requiring the I-601 waiver?

ETA for an I-601 is ~1 year.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE

This means she could've applied for a 601A waiver for he overstay here in the US, even if it was approved when she went home to do her interview the consulate still found her guilty of misrepresentation on her time of arrival to the US prior her overstay -meaning she needs another 601 waiver to cover that as well. Then they can process her visa after.

Any update on your 601 waiver? I had the same thing and got my 601 approved but now in the mail I received 221g refusal for administrative processing.
