NVC Action Required

Hello. We are trying to send required documents to NVC but my husband said he has some problems with financial documents.

So since January 11, 2018 it shows our case as "Action Required".

My question is; can NVC cancel our case if there is no update on the system for a year?

 

Cause only 4 months left and my husband is still working on gathering those documents.

He called NVC and made sure to get some extra time but it was on a phone call so I don't know if we can trust it.

he should regularly corresspond to NVC to keep case open

Normally one year time from the date they assaigned case number. He needs to call them sometimes over the phone and update.it will do.

if you keep contact them, there is not problem.

Hi,

I contacted them from the link below and they replied me in 11 days. I asked if they received the documents my husband sent weeks ago and again they said they didn't receive any mail  from us. :(
