so my husband came here on K1 visa and now we are narried applied for change of status and now we got his green card interview.so some questions do we have to do medical again for him?

Did the interview letter ask to submit the medical form i-693?

It says that but it said unless you submitted it before

That answers your initial question. If he's already completed the medical, a new medical won't be needed (unless it's been over a year).

 

Did he get some kind of form, most likely something called a DS3025?

Yes and we filed it before but its been over an year when he submitted his medical

My understanding is as long as you submitted the AOS application (I485) within a year of when the original medical occurred, and it was fully completed (including vaccination record), a new medical would not be automatically required. If AOS was not submitted until a year or more after the date of the medical, then a new medical would be required.
