We got our NOA2 hard copy today :)

There is absolutely no hyme or reason to this madness! :wacko: There's another thread I was just reading, and people who received NOA2's in early May still do not have their paper copies, yet for most their petition is already at the respective consulate (some have even received packet 3).

I've even seen that some are getting the e-mail notification that their case was approved, after those of us that were approved during the middle of May....just unbelievable!

I wish we could find out how these darn things are processed, and how is it that some mail is being sent out and some not. At this point I have to say its not the US mail that is inefficient...an envelope is pretty much delivered in about 4-5 days anywhere in the continental US, once it is actually mailed....so the problem definitely lies w/ CSC. The H-1B visa backlog excuse is no longer making sense to me. <_<

I will post when and if I get the paper NOA2. We definitely need those things for AOS, so I hope all of us that are waiting will get them soon! :)

I called and did the RFE trick and when the lady told me I was approved, she said she would make sure they got my NOA2 in the mail straight away. Had I not called, who knows...we'll just see when I actually get it...

Gosh, that's so nice. My guy didnt have any idea about approval letters and was super confused about the whole thing. Lets hope they follow through and you actually get it.

I haven't tried calling NVC yet, I am gonna wait a little longer, BUT I did get an e-mail today from USCIS saying that on the 25th a notice was mailed to me saying that our case was approved...and we were approved on the 22nd...I don't know what's going on with everyone elses case, I just hope everyone gets their NOA2s, and NO WAY should anyone have to pay for that!

Oh, you're lucky! Good to see they have the paper copies going out again, though if they can get new approvals out, you would think they could get approvals from a month ago out :whistle:

I do not know why some get the E mails, and some get the hard copies, and then some of us get nothing and have to do our own investigations to find out if we are approved or not.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I wouldn't worry about emails or website updates, but we certainly the hardcopy at some point. :yes:

i dont know if our case is at the embassy, every day i get home i check my mailbox... and hope that something is in there......

I wish USPS would hurry up, so that we can turn in our stuff...the shorter the time to complete the transaction, the more impatient I become...God, I need a hobby...please...
