I got 1h30 min earlier than my appointment  but managed to find a Pret A Manger to sit and have some quick breakfast.

I returned to the clinic around 10:00, half an hour earlier than my appointment and went in.

The lady at the reception will ask for your documents. I made photocopies of everything except my passport(copy of letter from the embassy, police certificate, vaccines)and she was fine with it.

Make sure you have all the documents beforehand and not get any delays, like I experienced.

Ensure you have:

🎯passport and copy of passport( copy is not mandatory, but the lady said it is helpful)

🎯letter from the embassy(received by mail - the one that’s attached to the copy of your I129F)

🎯4 passport pics - they accept US AND UK

🎯medical questionnaire

🎯vaccines records

🎯Summary Care Record from GP - in my case I didn’t have any medical record because I have never been sick. EVEN if your GP says we can’t print because there is nothing  -  that’s the page you need. A page saying your details in the top part; bottom part will contain info about your medical history, or like mine nothing

🎯Any other copies of GP/specialist conditions, including all psychiatric. Please check website visamedicals.co.uk for more details

🎯ACRO - police certificate

The order is not important as long as you have everything.

After the receptionist takes your documents, they will give you 3 more forms to fill in. Basically similar to the one you brought filled in. You will then be given a cup for urine sample and make sure you return it before you go for the vaccines.

First I had to get the X-ray done, simple and fast. Then I had my height and weight measured. Eyes, ears, pulse, blood pressure checked too. I was then sent to the waiting room and after 20 min a lady doctor called me inside.

She also checked again with me if all my documents are enough, asked questions about drug, alcohol use. The doctor also took a sample of my blood, checked my body for any abnormalities...

As the GP hasn’t complied with my request of a summary care record, I explained to the doctor how they(GP), practically wasted two months of my time saying I don’t have any document...

The doctor was so nice, and decided to give them a call. She explained to them, that even if the document is blank, it will still have your personal details, like NHS no, name, address etc in the top part, but nothing in the second part of the document.

It took 3 calls from me and the visa medical doctor to make them release this document. I got the document after my medical and sent it through email to the clinic as soon as I got it.

The vaccines part wasn’t that painful, but I needed another shot for MMR. I got signed all the rest of the vaccines, but I will have to pay in USA to get it done.

When dealing with AOS they will not accept another doctors’ or clinic documents, unless it is the clinic that has signed for it. That being said, make sure you have them all done to avoid pains during AOS. The nurse will say it is fine and you will have to get it through NHS, but it will not be accepted at AOS stage because it is not signed off by visa medicals!

Best of luck for everyone! My interview is on 28th August! I hope all my medical papers will get there with no problems😒🎉

Hello,

Just on the letter from the embassy, is this the noa1 letter, or the noa2?

Thanks

That's probably 3 and packet 4 would be a letter with your interview appointment.

Noa1 is the notice that you would have gotten from USCIS notifying you that they received your I-129F application and NOA2 is the notice you got that your I-129F application was approved.

Hope that helps .

The beneficiary gets a letter from London saying they have received your case. It has a link to your K1 instructions and your LND number. Or if you have the thing from NVC with your new LND number, that works too. The clinic just wants written verification of your new London case number.
