Letter of Intent to Marry

Hi! Is it okay not to make separate intent to marry letters from petitioner and beneficiary? We just made it one piece of letter but contains both of our signature and it says that we are both legally able to marry each other and things like that.

Thanks!

@Lezaht Yes - it is completely fine to have only ONE letter of intent to marry. We did it this way, we wrote one letter, then both signed it below and we received our NOA2 approval without any issues and zero RFE''s. Hope this helps! Best of luck! :)
