Me its a week now nothing at all

I'm assuming that you are processing your case through Kenya because you are have a conversation with @Faycol Usually we can look at your profile and see your country (Flag) and you have not completed your profile. Many of our answers are predicated on the information you supply in your profile. When we look at the left column and can't determine your timeline or your Embassy it's hard for us to give you a factual answer. If you look at the profile of others here, they have a flag for their country, so it makes it easy for us to reply as we can quickly determine your Embassy. Our answers will sometimes be tailored to a specific Embassy hence the reason for you to complete your profile.

So, if you could help yourself out and complete your profile that sure would help us out when we want to reply to your question with factual information.

Go to the top right of this page select your name (it's on the upper right-hand corner)>my profile>[below your picture on the right column] edit my profile. Scroll to the bottom and fill in "Immigration Info". There now we can better serve you.

Thanks

Can I submit my D160 without package 3

Others have followed my instructions and were successful. Follow and do step by step and it should change.

Hi everyone I want to discuss one thing we got our noa2 approved on Aug 2 2018

got the medical done got my pcc from London and Singapore but I am still waiting for my pcc from India

My interview is on November 23 2018

I have read somewhere that once they approved ur case it only valid for 4 months from that date and  our case was approved on August 2 2018 so as per that date our case will expire on December 2 2018

i am so confused now what to do

and what are the options we have

how can we push the date of expiry of our application and how we can reschedule our interview date too

we would be so thankful if someone would help us out of this problem

thank you so much please help us out

First, they prefer that your case is interviewed within that four-month "window" indicated on the NOA2. If it is required, the NOA2 can be extended up to a year by your Embassy but with good reason and the Embassy doesn't need to extend the NOA2 for the "one" year from expiration. The new extension, if approved, will be for an additional 4 months. Extensions are in the form of 4-month extension with each approval till you reach one year. If you need to go beyond a year, then you must go to the end of the line and begin the process from I-129f over again and pay the fees. You must provide a reason for the NOA2 extension when requesting the extension from your Embassy.

I would love to help you but you have ignored my request to finish your profile so that I and others know what Embassy you are interviewing through. I am not going go digging for your country information if you don't take control and help us out so we can answer your questions. Just saying.
