Hello everyone.  Does anyone have advice or experience about question 37 on the I-127F form?  It asks if your beneficiary has ever been to the United States and then right below states "If your beneficiary is currently in the United States complete the items related to I-94 records and passport information. My beneficiary has been to the United States twice since we met, but he does not currently live in the United States. How do I address this part of the form?

Thank you!

I also found this part of the form very confusing when we were filling it out (December 2017). I (beneficiary) was not in the US at the time, so I answered NO. I didn't give them my passport info on the I-129f but we did include my most recent I-94, which we printed out from this website: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

We included it in our cover letter list of items, just in case they wanted it. The wording is indeed ambiguous on the form. Our petition was approved a couple of weeks ago with no RFE and we're on to the next step (waiting some more...)

Good luck!

Thank you so much for this information.  My thought was to do as you have done in leaving the information off the I-129f form but including the most recent I-94 records in the packet.  I appreciate your response.  Thank you!
