SF did this years ago. Most of the older hotels in the Tenderloin have been low income bedsits for years.

Yes several in Texas Fla Oklahoma.  All the major ####### hole cities vote for liberals .

  Insurance for either is a bad idea. Still if money was no object, I might consider building a beach house, but no way I'm going to live on the slope of an active volcano.
