Thiat will be the focus.

thanks for the reply.  He’s been married for over 3 years now. I live with the kids. Sent them to visit him in 2016 when he was working in Southern Africa and we returned back home. Am nurse. What kind questions should the kids and I expect.

As long as you have strong ties, good job etc etc, they are looking for reasons to return. How did your ex get his GC?

my kids are 10, 7 and 5. i work as a nurse in my country. don't know the exact details of how he got his GC we were divorced by then but i know it was job related. The previous trip was paid by his company since his offer included all expense paid visits for his kids. he is paying for this one as well since the trip is upon his request. i have an upcoming professional exams after the trip and a promotion which takes effect a month after my annual leave.

Ok, I’d suggest you take all the evidence you have to show your ties to come home, job progression etc. letter from the hospital or company you work for stating you are taking annual leave and due back on x date. If you own a home or have an ongoing rental lease bring that too. Anything else that shows a tie. As well as evidence of the kids being registered in school. Ghana is a tough embassy and advice would be to be as prepared as you can be.
