Weird case status update

Hi I received this today, I never filed an appeal. I spoke to. Tier 2 officer and she said wait till I get the notice, she saw it to and confirmed what I saw , I told her I never appealed anything. Has anyone else received this same message to do with advanced travel form, she said could be a glitch but wait to get notice in mail.

What visa/status are you adjusting from? When did you file and what was the last action on your case (biometrics, RFE, interview)??

I applied Jan 12 2017 for 1-485 

Advanced parole

Asked to expediate Advanced parole and that was the notice I received

So the appeal denial was for your AP? Did you apply for the EAD as well? And you never received the combo card??

I saw this on my case status for my Advanced Parole.

It said my appeal was dismissed and my case is still denied. I never appealed anything and nothing was ever denied. I also have a 1485 ANF 130 application with them. Tier 2 officer was no help, she said wait for the notice and call back. She saw same on her screen but said it may be a glitch. Giveing me heart failure😘 Thanks for any help

Most likely was a glitch. But please answer my previous questions: did you apply for an EAD as well?? Did you file EAD and AP concurrently with your I-485 and I-130? You are still waiting for your EAD/AP 1.5 years after filing????

I did not appeal I saw this on my case status for my Advanced Parole.

It said my appeal was dismissed and my case is still denied. I never appealed anything and nothing was ever denied. I also have a 1485 ANF 130 application with them. I never appealed anything, I applied for everything Jan 12. 1485, 1130 and was. Sorry this site is confusing😊

Oh that makes a lot more sense now because your previous post said 2017. I thought you were waiting for 1.5 years. 

 

I suggest contacting the ombudsman or your senator or your congressperson and ask one to inquire about your case. They can help figure out what's going on.

Maybe it's the expedite request that was denied?

Ultimately they're right, you have to wait for the mail, we can only guess.

I got the same thing. Don't worry, it's most likely a glitch. Mine got updated to "accepted" a few days later, after my EAD status changed to "card in production".
