Hey everyone so I applied for my ROC I believe in NOV of 2016 and last I heard from it was case transfer 2 months ago... then still nothing but I applied for citizenship under 3yr rule and have interview this month!

I was wondering if anyone else is on a similar boat?

Should I bring my husband in case they might wanna do interview for ROC also? (even tho says nothing about ROC on my n400 interview letter)

Would the fact I arrived on a b2 visa and got married come up in this interview? (Not that I am worried as I barely knew my husband when I arrived, had no intention to stay and have plenty of docs to prove that like active health insurance in my home country round trip etc)

Anyone who had an interview in LOS ANGELES for n400 recently that can share their experience? Thanks!

They can not approve an N-400 unless ROC is complete. The interview should be a combination for ROC and naturalization.

Thanks for the info!

My I751/ROC was transferred tho, on 05/16 of 2018 to an USCIS local office of Lee's summit, MO 64064... says is ''in order to speed up processing times''...

I guess this is in JACKSONVILLE MISSOURI which makes no sense for me as I applied for ROC and lived since 2014 in Los angeles...

Anyways can they still conduct my Citizenship interview and ROC combo here in Los angeles even tho my case is being handled my MISSOURI?

Sounds weird to me

Thanks :D

The Lee's Summit address is the National Benefits Center and they are taking on some of the i-751 cases from the California and Vermont centers to balance the load. Your local office is still in California and your interview would be there. When the interview happens, the local agent will have access to an online version of your i-751 (ROC) application and would complete the adjudication of that.

Thank you I really hope that is the case, I heard of people who went to n400 interview passed and they got sent back home told they gotta wait for NBC to make decision on their ROC.. So I hope that won't be the case for me
