It dont matter if you are white or Black or any other color..... if Disney say no Dreds then its no Dreds.... end of story... it would only be discrimination if they allowed one group of people to have them and not others... so as it is not just one group then there is NO discrimination.....

Cut the Dreds off or work somewhere else....

What if a white person had dreads would Disney pull a discrimination card on them too?

Disney doesn't pull the discrimination card....the person being discriminated agains pulls the card.....DUH!
