Hi

My husband is a US resident awaiting citizenship interview.  We, me and three (3) children, want to travel to US and apply for residency.

1.  Should we wait until his citizenship is complete?

2.  If we apply now what forms should we fill out?

3.  If we wait, what forms would we fill out?

Thank you

Look for cr1 - spouse visa. Guides right here on the website.

Once he's a citizen the waiting time for your visa will be 12 to 14 months or so.

It works the other way around.. you apply for residency (green card), then travel to the US.
