Hello all,

I am seeing conflicting arguments and information on what needs to happen with the G325A form. I am seeing some that you no longer need to include a G325A form with the petition package. I am seeing that I need to mail her the G325A form for her to 'wet' sign it, and seeing information that you still need to include the G325A form as well as information stating a pdf scanned signature is good for the form.....

Any and all help would be appreciated!

If you are filing a I-129F to get a K1 visa (petition for alien fiance/fiance visa), you no longer need a G325A because the new I-129F form includes the information on it. Older posts may talk about needing a G325A, but the I-129F application form has changed since then.

G325A is a form with biographic information. The current I-129f petition form has it included now, so no need for the form, instructions to the immigration forms are your best friends. VJ guide for K-1 also has it updated, and there is no info about this document anymore.
