RFE response possibly lost in mail

I recieved an RFE on May 14th for the I-129F I submitted. I recieved the information May 18th, gathered their requested information over the weekend (proof of citizenship and a passport photo) and mailed it on Monday, May 21st. The envelope I used was the one provided to me with the printed address. It was sent first class, certified so there is a tracking number. It was expected to arrive on May 24th. The tracking information for the reponse has a few updates on it: accepted to my local post office, departure from my local post office, and three "in transit to next faclility" entries. I know that the "in transit" stuff just means it hasnt been scanned and that it was a holiday weekend, but I'm hardcore panicking that its been lost in the mail (I've probably cried 3-4 times a day since Thursday when it didn't arrive).

Has anyone else gone through something like this? How long did it take before you did get your RFE recieved update? Did you have to send everything a second time? Am I just over reacting?

I’d try to call USPS, they might be able to locate the package and explain what’s going on with it.. of course speak to a human since their hotline is freaking annoying

also, their actual customer service is going to give you a call back, which is usually a few hours

Thank you both, @Bzlibem and @ImagineMe! I guess I panicked too early because I got a text and email notification about 40 minutes ago saying the response was at the post office in Laguna Niguel, and then a second notification about 10 minutes later saying it was ready for pick up.
