I hope you are safe. Regarding your paperwork question, have you filed any police reports? Are there witnesses the abuse that could write affidavits to that effect. I imagine evidence produced for the divorce will also speak to the conditions of abuse.

You can just file regular I-751 waiver based on good faith marriage.  CookieCat has shared this link and it's very helpful. Collect as much as you can, financial, lease, bills etc. are strong. And also include a letter from yourself explaining your story.
