Physical Address 1 9a-10b

the directions state to provide current address if its different from my mailing address. It isn't, I have the same address. My question is do I leave this blank and then use the Physical Address 2 11.a - 12 b for my address prior to my current address?

hi there! my (future-) hubby left Physical Address 1 blank except for 10.a. and 10.b. where he filled in the date of when he owned the physical address(/mailing address) at "10.a. Date From" and put PRESENT for "10.b. Date To"

 

he then filled in his past property on Physical Address 2.
