USCIS to Recall Incorrectly Dated Green Cards I-751's

We are recalling approximately 8,543 Green Cards that have an incorrect “Resident Since” date. The Green Cards were issued for approved Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions of Residence for spouses of U.S. Citizens. This recall does not affect anyone’s status as a lawful permanent resident, but you may receive a notice from us if we mailed your card to you between February and April of this year. If you receive a notice asking you to return your incorrect Green Card, return it to us within 20 days to get a corrected card. To return your card, mail it in the provided pre-paid envelope. We will send you a replacement Green Card within 15 days of receiving your incorrect card. If you get a notice to return an incorrect Green Card, sending it back to us does not affect your status as a lawful permanent resident. If you need to travel internationally or prove your status while you wait for a replacement card, please call the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283.

Just saw this - was about to post. Recalled GCs  are related to I-751 form.

I figured there'd be a few thousand affected lol. I already sent mine back to CSC last month... it's been more than 15 days

we received a letter saying we need to return my wife green card but she is actually outside of the country what should we do
