Hello everyone, I petitioned for my spouse and the  I 130 was received  December 28,2017. I received a notice two weeks later. 

 

Does anyone know how how soon I will receive the next correspondence. I am aware that the process takes about 12 to 14 months. Just curious!! Thanks

Not for at least 6 months, and likely more like 7 or 8. There's no official way to know.

 

The best way to guess this is to watch your timeline, which will give you an estimate. I just viewed your timeline, and notice that on the same date you said you received NOA1, you also indicated you received an RFE? That would be odd. If you didn't receive an RFE, remove that from your timeline so that your estimated adjudication timeframe is more accurate.

 Presently the whole process is taking 11-16months with or without RFEs.
