DS-160 - Father Not on Birth Certificate

The father of my fiance's daughter (K-2) is not listed on her birth certificate.  Does she write "UNKNOWN" for the father's name on the DS-160 to match the birth certificate?  She wrote "UNKNOWN" or "DOES NOT APPLY" for his address and  DOB because she has no idea - he left early in the pregnancy 10 years ago. - Thanks - Jason

Personally I would say yes and that is good for you.  

 

Now you do not have to go through the whole process about getting father to state he is willing to let child leave country like my fiance has to
