Hi I just want to know since I’m filling my form by typing on line what about the some portions wich doesn’t allow me to type? Will I have to write in with a pen ? For example the part where I have to fill in my neutralizization certificate. And also I’m in Brooklyn where do I mail my i-130 to?

you can't file the form online, that's why it doesn't allow you to type

 

you download it, type, print and the petition is sent by mail to the po box as per the instructions, along with the check or money order and the documents needed depending on what type of petition it is

 

when you download the form, you can download the instructions to which PO Box to send, the one that covers NY
