Oh, God. So I have to write them the change. Regardless if I have an AOS application. Thank you so much for this link. That was a mistake from my part for not reading into it.

Is never late, I hope this may help you. Let us know if that helps moving your case further.

Hi Bumhi,

from what I researched I might be wrong all our pending I 130 for AOS packages should send to NBC. If everything is ok and our PD are current NBC will transfer to local office for interview and further processing. Maybe ur package is still on the desk and they haven’t touched yet. Btw mine is still at NBC because my lawyer sent it there. I am waiting for interview too. I hope this help.

Hello Everyone,

Just out of curiosity, I wanted to know how long does it take to receive an EAD once status is updated to 'Card in production'? Does that card includes Advance Parole? I did applied for AP as well but the status for that case still shows 'Case Received'.

Has anyone who had received their EAD experienced the similar situation? Does your status for Advance Parole still shows 'Case Received' after receiving an EAD?

Also, has anyone received an approval for their i-130 based on marriage to an LPR holder after their petition got transferred from CSC or any other office to NBC?

Appreciate your help.

Thanks,

Vg

Hey VG,

Yeah it is combo card and you will get it in around two weeks per my experience. status of AP will always show 'Case Received' even if you received your combo card.

My i-130 got approved last month, but dont know where it is transferred. I assume it is still in CSC?

Also I did received a letter from NVC telling me the NVC case number and Invoice ID number and require me submit Application fee and Support Document, while I have already submitted i485 half year ago. I feel so confused rn since I submitted my 485 in the United State and claim the Adjustment of Status instead of go through with NVC

Anyone got similar experience?

Thank you for your response.

If your i-130 has transferred to another office location then you should have probably received a notice which will have name of new office location.

Are you doing AOS based on marriage to an LPR? and as I understand you are in US now? You probably want to write NVC that you are doing AOS since you are in US now and your case needs to be transferred to USCIS.

What's your priority date?

Thanks,

Vg

My PD is 1/2017.

Yes I did AOS based on LPR. I've been in US around 3 years with F1 visa. I actually was in US before submit I130, so it shouldn't be transferred to NVC.. try to gather more information from forum and see any people got same experience as me..

You may want to call their Customer Support and provide them with your Case# and request them to re issue the notice and send it again.
