I tried asking this before, but I didn't really get an answer.

Should I be writing my name and Page. Part. Item Number on the top of every page of my in-person meeting evidence and also my supplemental relationship evidence?

Thanks :)

It is not a requirement. But may be a good idea to title and number the paperwork.

Keep in mind that the documents will be two-hole punched and bound at the top; so leave plenty of space at the top. I put titles and page numbers at the bottom of the pages.

I did not bother writing the name on every page. Maybe a good idea in case pages fly all over the room and get mixed with other people documents; very low danger of that happening. LOL. To insure things stay together, I sent all the paperwork already punched at the top, and bound with removable Acco prong fasteners (2-3/4" distance between the holes).
