Need help on PART 8 in I-129F

On the I-129F form I have run out of room on Page 2-Part 1 for my address history. I am confused on what to type in the "item number" box to refer my additional address history on Part 8. I get what to put for the boxes that say page number and part number but item number?

The instructions above the address history state:

Provide your physical addresses for the last five years, whether 
inside or outside the United States. Provide your current address 
first if it is different from your mailing address in Item Numbers 
8.a. - 8.i. If you need extra space to complete this section, use the 
space provided in Part 8. Additional Information.

 

I bolded the part about item numbers. In this case, the item numbers would be the respective item numbers to the address section.

Example: Page 12, Section 5, Item Numbers 3C-3F.
