K1 fiance visa requirement...police clearance from kuwait...who already got one?

PC are not available from Saudi if you are no longer present

A police clearance from KUWAIT is NOT required for the visa process at USEM!!   As it requires a personal appearance, thus waived by the embassy   https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/

Kuwait - only available to residents .. so is waived by the embassy.

Dear,

thanks for the information,but one agency told they are asking now a days,if they ask I have only the experience and noc from Saudi Arabia,I think these are enough
