Sorry I haven't been here for a while, we haven't had a chance to call the Embassy yet for confirmation. When is your finances' interview?

On Monday morning.

Wow!😯 That’s way more than I thought 😫 Thanks for the update.

It’s about 450-440 depending on where you go. That is if it’s only your fiance with no kids.

The AOS basically means adjusment of status they do have directions on here. The process unfortunately is not over because agter the arrival you have to get marry and he won’t have his green card until you file the aos.  http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos they have a basic outline of things in this link but I sure there are forum for that also and it’s basically like the uscis step again except that you will need marriage certificate and Vaccines also you will have to send in the proof that he took his vaccines hopefully they gave you a copy of the vaccines he took at the medical.

I meant the affidavit of support when I say AOS, I know the adjustment of status comes whenever he gets here! Thank you though!!

Ohh sorry my bad, yes you do have to fill an affidavit of support once he gets here its part of the adjustment of status process and I believe it’s the form I-864.

And do you have any news if the visa is ready yet?
