Hi guys i just got married as k1 visa last december 2017, would i get any trouble if my middle name remains and used the last name of my husband as my new last name? Coz im a filipino and our culture is when you got married you have to use your last name to be your new middle name then to follow your husbands last name. My ssn, state id, driver's liscense are  all the same details in my marriage certificate. How was it. Im confused and afraid that maybe i should used my last name as my new middle name then my husbands last name. Can somebody help me? Thank you

No one in the USA will care if you keep your given middle name as shown on your BC, the Philippines is different.   The choice is yours.

If you want to follow the Philippines naming format, your previous surname is now your middle name and your husband's surname is now your surname.

ROM is Report Of Marriage. And you complete that form in your maiden name, the Philippines automatically "assumes" your traditional married name.
